The first of my open-source projects has been released. It is just a simple contact form, but it may be of some use.

Knoxius.com Contact Form v1.0

This contact form has been released as open-source from Knoxius.com. You may use it, but
do not sell, claim as your own, or publish under any other name.

You may use the source as a base for your own projects.

Requirements:
-Server that supports PHP
-Basic HTML and FTP knowledge
-A personal/business email inbox

Source Includes:
-Form for Name, Email, Subject, and Message
-Javascript field pre-checks, for more user-friendliness
--Checks include: blank field check, length check
-AJAX sending function (one-page contacting)
-Disabled submit button AFTER sending (to reduce spam)
-CSS file with notes for easy styling
-Notes on each file so user can adjust settings

How to Use:
1. Open up the 'create.php'
1a. (Optional) Open 'contact.js', 'contact.css', 'send.php'
2. Follow simple instructional notes in file to setup
2a. (Optional) Edit files to your liking
3. Save 'create.php'
3a. (Optional) Save etc. edited files
